The Ondo State Police Command has arrested one Tope Akideji for allegedly killing his 75-year-old landlord, Mr. Kayode Osunkalu, in Ondo town, Ondo State on Saturday.

The source said, ” Mr. Osunkalu received several punches from Tope making rendering him unconscious. ”

After slumping, the source said the deceased was rushed to the Ondo State Specialists Hospital in the town where he was said to have given up the ghost.

Confirming the incident, the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Enuowa Divisional Police
Station, where the case was reported, Mr. Kunle Omisakin said the suspect had been transferred to the homicide section of the state headquarters of the police command in Akure for further investigation.
